Registered Agent Services
The State of Texas requires all Texas businesses to have a Texas Registered Agent (RAS) listed on file. This is applicable to business entities who file as Incorporation, Corporation, LLC or out of state entity in Texas. The registered agent is a matter of public record and is listed with the Secretary of State.
