Renter must accept and sign for all mail and packages upon the request of the Operator.
You acknowledge that the Operator has the right to refuse to accept mail or package item until the Operator has approved your form 1583 and activated your mailbox. Further, you acknowledge the Operator has the right to refuse to accept mail or package due to the size of the mail or parcel item.

You further agree not to view, read, copy, print, or otherwise distribute, disseminate, disclose, or use for any purpose any content or other information on or within a piece of Unauthorized Mail. You agree that violation of these terms may expose you to legal liability, both criminal and civil, and monetary damages, as well as termination of you Renter Portal.

- g) You are a Renter and have not completed and we have not approved the USPS form 1583.
If Company terminates or suspends your right to use the Services for any of these reasons above, you, as an Operator, will not be entitled to any credit or refund of unused balance in your account. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
An Operator may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing Company with a written five (5) day notice. Except in cases of your failure to pay, your notice to terminate your account will not be final until you have, to Company’s satisfaction, confirmed your identity and authorization to terminate the account. Once Company notifies you of termination or approves your notice of termination, your account will go into “Closed” status. You will no longer incur periodic charges once your account is closed.
A Renter may terminate this Agreement by giving due notice to the Operator under the terms in place between the Operator and the Renter. The Company will put a Renter account into “Closed” status as soon as the Operator removes the mailbox from the Renter. Immediately upon putting an account into Closed” status, Renter will no longer be able access the Services and the Company will cancel all pending Services. Immediately upon putting an account into Inactive status, you will no longer be able access the Services and Anytime Mailbox will cancel all pending Services. Your data will be immediately deleted when your account has been closed.
Renter agrees that upon expiration, cancellation, or termination of this Agreement, Renter will not file a change of address order with the post office. Renter and the Operator further agree that upon expiration, cancellation, or termination of this Agreement, Renter authorizes the Operator to accept and destroy any “Unsolicited Mail” (e.g., mail addressed to “occupant,” “current resident,” or similar designation; or coupons, advertising, or other promotional material) and any mail addressed to Renter that is delivered to the Operator by the United States Postal Service for six (6) months; and may refuse any package addressed to Renter delivered by any party other than the United States Postal Service, such as a commercial carrier service.
Upon acceptance of this agreement you are instructing your Operator not to forward any of your mail that is received following cancellation of your account. However, when you elect to cancel your account you will be given the ability to change your instructions to:
- a) Re-mail (i.e., forward) Renter’s mail (except for Unsolicited Mail) for six (6) months upon Renter’s payment in advance for postage, packaging material, and forwarding fees. Renter must pay a monthly forwarding fee in advance for the time period that mail is to be re-mailed. It is Renter’s responsibility to make arrangements with the Operator to identify any mail forwarding needs prior to the expiration, cancellation, or termination of this Agreement; or
- b) To continue with your initial instructions of “Do not forward my mail”. I understand that mail received subsequent to termination of this contract shall be handled in accordance with USPS DMM 508 Section 1.9.3 and I understand that in order to return or forward would require new postage for 6 months. As part of this CMRA mail receiving contract I choose to not pay to have it forwarded. I request that all mail received for the 6 months following termination of my mail receiving service be destroyed as received.
I understand that I must select one of the above options I when I cancel this Agreement.
Six (6) months after the expiration, cancellation, or termination of this Agreement, the Operator may:
a) Refuse any mail or package addresses to the Renter.
b) Destroy any of Renter’s mail or packages remaining at the Operator.

14. Billing. As to Operators, Company will charge the credit card on your account for monthly fees for all Services provided to the Operator during the previous month, and you hereby authorize Company to charge your credit card for such amounts. Operators incur a monthly fee for any Renter that is assigned to a mailbox. In order to no longer incur a monthly fee for a mailbox rental an Operator must unassign their Renter from their mailbox. In the event an Operator unassigns a Renter from their mailbox, the Operator will incur the fee for the mailbox for thirty (30) days from the date of unassignment. Unless noted, fees are in U.S. dollars. You will be liable for all taxes on the Services provided under this Agreement (other than taxes based on Company’s income). To the extent permitted by law, fees are nonrefundable, but Company may grant a refund in extenuating circumstances (for example, to correct any errors made by Company), in its sole discretion. Fees for partial months shall be prorated based on the calendar month. All amounts are due five (5) calendar days from the end of the previous month. Past due amounts shall accrue interest at a rate of One and a Half Percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is lower, beginning from the date first due until paid in full. You shall pay all collections costs incurred by Company, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees. All payments will be applied first to any past due amounts, including, but not limited to, late fees, collection costs and attorney’s fees; second, to any Services billed in arrears or advance; and finally, to any other fees or Services that have been incurred during the billing cycle.
Renters do not incur any charges from the Company for using these Services but may be subject to separate charges from the Operator for using these Services. The Company has no control over the imposition or collection of any such charges and any disputes regarding such charges are strictly a matter between the Operator and the Renter. By using the Services, Renter is expressly agreeing that Anytime Mailbox and/or Operators are permitted to bill you charges associated with the Price Plan and Extras, any applicable tax, customs duties, and any other charges Renter may incur in connection with your use of the Services. As used in this Agreement, “billing” shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your payment method. If Renter want to use a different payment method or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, Renter must contact Anytime Mailbox or Operator and provide your payment method information for your account. If your designated payment method reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the Services constitutes your authorization for Anytime Mailbox and/or Operator to continue billing that payment method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. Please do not attempt a chargeback. We will make every effort to assist you, please call Anytime Mailbox or Operator.
