Physical Storage

Envelopes

30 days free, then $0.05 per envelope per day.

Packages / Parcels

14 days free, then $0.50 per pound per package per day.

To avoid storage fees, please mark your item(s) to be SHRED, FORWARD, or PICK UP.

This also applies to any completed open & scan request items.

Free Local Mail Pick Up

If you live in or visit Austin, you can pick up your mail at no additional cost.

To avoid a $5.00 last-minute pickup fee, please schedule your pickup in advance so we can have your items ready: https://pickup.scanmailboxes.com

You do not need to arrive at the exact scheduled time. Scheduling simply helps us prepare your items in advance and prevents unannounced walk-ins. We will hold your items on the pickup shelf for 24 hours before returning them to storage.

Forwarding

Envelopes

$1.00 for the first item, then add $0.50 per additional item plus postage.

Packages / Parcels (Larger than 4" x 4" x 4")

$3.00 for the first item, then add $3.00 per additional item plus postage.

Customer Supplied Shipping Label

$10.00 per label + Forwarding Fee (per package)

Note: We always bundle them into one envelope to save the postage costs.

Check Deposit Service

$5.00 / month — Required to enable check deposit processing.

Processing rules

Daily cut-off: 12:00 PM Central Time
Checks are grouped into one request per bank account.
A separate bank account requires a new deposit request with a new $5.00 processing fee.
Each request includes the first check, plus $1.00 per additional check in that same request.
Example: If you have checks going to two different bank accounts, they will be processed as two separate deposit requests.

Wells Fargo Customers (In-Person Deposit)

Wells Fargo branch is located on the first floor of our building, so checks can be deposited in person (no shipping).
